"We May Not Have It All Together But Together We Have It All"

Lucas is now 4 1/2 months old and is already on the move. He has two ways of getting around and loves his new found freedom. If you lay him down on his back within in a few moments he is across the room. He arches his back, tipping his head back to see where he is going and pushing off with his feet. He also is pushing himself backwards in his walker that we just retrieved from the garage. Mama's in for it now!!

Are you kidding me.......

We finally got to planting last fall, in the rain I might add and for what....just to have our tulips freeze.....

A few weeks ago we bunked the boys bed, we are preparing to put Lucas in the same room. By doing this Evan has found a new independence, the ladder! He now thinks he can take this ladder anywhere in the house and get anything he wants. The other day he was coming up the stairs with his ladder in hand. I asked him what he was doing. He said proudly "Mom I got my vitamins all by myself". Of course I started lecturing him on what would happen if the ladder fell over while he was on it and that the ladder is suppose to stay on his bed. I also thought to myself, wow those vitamins have a child proof cap....Later while laying in bed I just had to smile when I remembered the smile on his face when we told me what he could do by himself and wished that I wasn't such a paranoid Mom.

We have had very strange weather here in the past few weeks. With snow the last weekend in March to 80 degree weather this last weekend (4/12). We enjoyed a day at the park with some friends and got a little pink on our cheeks.

Miles absolutely loves baseball, well any ball for that matter.

I didn't know daddy let Miles put his lips on this frog. If his lips fall off or he gets ill now I will know why!!

Evan got to go to the farm on a school field trip! Ryan took the day off to help drive and spend time with Evan!I told Ryan that he better not have taken this picture because it reminded him of me!!

This last weekend we were able to go to Spokane for Aile's blessing. It was great to be able to visit Ryan and Val. We haven't seen them for a while.

Saturday before Easter we had an Easter Egg Hunt. Evan is still looking for eggs even though we had found them all.
